I hired Jennifer initially as an employment readiness and job search instructor n the summer of 203.  Jennifer delivered the curriculum with enthusiasm and received excellent evaluations from all students.  She added participatory games and promoted cooperation and creative learning in the classroom.

Based on her favorable performance, we asked her to teach again as openings became available in our Business Administration Management, E-Commerce, and Office Administration programs.  Her knowledge and presence as a warm and helpful trainer contributed to an increase in enrollment.

Jennifer's strongest areas of teaching are on the topics of Professional Development, Employment Readiness, and Career Planning. As a result, we called on her to teach these additional modules as they became available.  She demonstrated the ability to adapt curriculum quickly to meet teh needs of the students.
